You represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phpar account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — regardless of differing email addresses or payment methods — are prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses accumulated across those accounts.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents) of phpar and its affiliated partner companies are not permitted to open player accounts or participate in any real-money games or promotions on the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpar login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. phpar will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your phpar account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phpar support immediately via live chat at phpar.club. phpar will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
phpar operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
phpar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpar does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. phpar does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Philippine Standard Time). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving institution. phpar reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. phpar strictly prohibits deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts. Attempts to use third-party payment methods will result in transaction reversal and may trigger an account review.
All transactions on phpar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpar is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phpar platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any phpar content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpar's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phpar account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpar will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required by Philippine law and phpar's compliance obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a player and phpar, you agree to first contact phpar support to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the regulatory dispute resolution processes established by PAGCOR.
